PRICING:

All prices will be quoted in Indian rupees. Prices, Products and Services may change at the discretion of the manufacturers or AQUA RADIUS without any notice. All prices quoted in this website/portal are exclusive of taxes and GST, and, any appplicable tax / cess  and shipping will be charged extra. The total payment due including taxes and shipping charges will be displayed after checkout but before making payment. Only after confirmation the page will proceed to payment gateway.

All JAIN products sold by AQUA RADIUS carry manufacturer’s warranty.

Some products of other Companies carry manufacturer’s warranty and others may not. You are advised to enquire about the Warranty of these products and then place order.

Although we work diligently to ensure the accuracy of our descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical or other errors or modify any content without any notice.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Payments can be made by:
                                       Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card etc.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available upto Rs. 500/-. (by VPP)
SHIPPING POLICY:
(i)  Shipping /delivery charges and transit time is based on your shipping PIN CODE and the total weight of your order and will differ from case to case.
ii) Shipping Charges are calculated dynamically, i.e. if you buy one item the shipping will obviously be high, however, if more items are added to the same cart, the total shipping of the cart will drastically reduce, and will not be charged itemwise.  This happens when more items are bought in a single cart .
(iii) Depending on the size and weight of your order, material will be dispatched by post/reputed courier or transport. Generally most consignments are despatched through courier or India Post, and only heavy or bulky consigments are sent through reputable transport for delivery at the transporters watrehouse nearest your destination or registered address.
(iv)  If your order is shipped through transport/cargo it will NOT be sent for door delivery, and the material is to be received by you at the  transporters office/warehouse. Shiping charges will be collected only up to the transporters warehouse/office. Decision of mode of delivery either by courier/post or transport will be at the sole discretion of Aqua Radius.
(v) Packing expenses may be charged on case to case basis but will not exceed 2% of invoice value.
(vi)Your order will be shipped within 10 working days.
(vii) Our responsibility ceases once we deliver the goods to the transporter or courier/post office. Any transit or risk insurance for goods despatched is to be arranged and paid by you.
 
RETURN POLICY:
Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages:               
                All orders returned as undelivered or unclaimed due to any reason will be charged return charges of 10% of the order value plus the shipping charges and tax/levies if any, and the order will be cancelled.
Cancellation:
                You may request for cancellation at any time before the order leaves the warehouse. Administrative charges 5% of the order value will be deducted towards cancellation charges.
However, we will be unable to cancel the order that has already been shipped.
 
Refunds:
               Refunds will be made within 10 days in the same manner the payment was received, after above deductions and deducting the bank/transaction charges as applicable.
No Return/Exchange:
               We will not accept any item by way of return or for exchange after the items have been delivered.
